Start of Mining Business in NCXX Group

FISCO Ltd. subsidiary NCXX Group Inc. passed a resolution to launch a new mining business at the Board of Directors’ meeting held today.
The effect on consolidated business performance for the current fiscal year due to this business development is negligible.
