Presentation Review

Our consultants conduct telephone interviews with analysts and institutional investors regarding clients’ presentation meetings. We provide a report including an evaluation and points for improvement based on the result of interviews with participants at the meeting. We provide feedback on clients’ presentations in the form of opinions and impressions about investors’ demands for information disclosure points, questions and answers, and other matters. Our consultants propose points for improvement going forward.

Overseas Conference Call Arrangement

We use our overseas investor network to arrange conference calls with overseas institutional investors.

Correction and Creation of Presentation Materials

Our consulting staff, mainly comprising former securities analysts, check and evaluate clients’ financial results presentation materials, providing comments in a report as feedback and proposing specific improvement to the composition and content. We also create effective presentation materials to meet our client’s needs.

Video of General Shareholders’ Meetings

We record the general shareholders’ meeting and stream both picture and sound. This service allows clients to support shareholders, investors, and other relevant parties who were unable to attend the meeting.

We provide comprehensive support for smoothly conducting general shareholders’ meetings, including venue selection, identification of the necessary equipment, and provision of staff to assist on the day.
